Phase 1 – Project Plan: Students will meet with organization representative(s) to understand your goals and challenges, devise the project scope, and prepare a detailed plan for completion of the project.

Phase 2 – Project Execution: Students will work on deliverables outlined in the project plan. Teams will periodically communicate with organization representative(s) as needed to complete project tasks.

Phase 3 - Outcome - Report: The student-consultant group will submit a Digital Marketing Strategy Report outlining the digital strategy for your eCommerce organization, including:

Requirements

Starting this May, a team of three student-consultants will spend 360 hours developing a Digital Marketing Strategy for your eCommerce website.

Based on an audit of your website analytics, SEO, and social media presence, students will create a campaign idea and build out components of a digital marketing strategy. These will aim to drive online sales and/or launch a new product for your eCommerce based business.

Analysis and recommendations may include, but are not limited to:

  • Google Analytics Optimization.
  • SEO.
  • Content.
  • Email.
  • Social Media.
  • Social Advertising - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin.
  • Google AdWords - Search, Display and Remarketing.
  • Influencer and Guest Blogging.
